Registration: 8:00am – 8:30am
1hr Warmup: 8:30am – 9:30am
Fencing Start: 9:30, followed by Obstacle Racing, followed by swimming followed by Laser Run.
There will be a 15min transition time between the disciplines from last race/heat to call room.
